Rookie police officer Julie Ponce de Leon (Hari) has been assigned the unenviable task of patrolling this rough-and-tumble haven for junked-out “otaku,” and it is Officer Julie who introduces us to the n’er-do-well denizens of the park ... 

When an unassuming bubble-tea kiosk girl named Ming-Qi (Jen Cho) is accosted by a diminutive bully (Elke Wardlaw) and her two flunkies (Boson Au and Leah Liu), she unleashes upon this hapless trio her heretofore underestimated kung fu skills...
